I must say, I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful with an all marble bathroom, including a large soaking tub and shower that made me not want to leave. Unfortunately, the room I booked wasn't what I expected as I was assigned a basic room instead of the suite I had reserved, and no apology was given.

Rooms

The rooms were so nice and luxurious that I didn't want to leave.
Service

Although the service was very efficient and friendly, there were moments where the staff seemed bothered when I had questions.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to everything Aspen has to offer.
Dining
5.0
The dining options outside the hotel were very good, but the hotel's dining experience was the poorest part of my stay, with limited options and high costs without elite status.
Facilities
9.0
The in-house spa was truly world-class, and the hotel had a beautiful ambiance with fireplaces and a relaxing atmosphere.

8.2/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of cozy charm and small drawbacks. The room felt clean and modern, with some lovely touches like balloons, Champagne, and goodies waiting for me. However, there were signs of wear, and the space was a bit tight, especially with a narrow sofa and limited toiletry space. The small bath also made relaxation a bit challenging.

The room had a cozy and modern feel, with some nice surprises like balloons, Champagne, and goodies. However, it was starting to show some signs of wear and felt a bit tight, especially with a narrow sofa and limited surface area for toiletries. The small bath was not ideal for relaxing.
Service
9.0
I had a fantastic evening each night sitting by the fire pit, enjoying well-made cocktails, and watching the skiers come down the mountain. The extra kindness and hospitality shown by the red-headed lady made my stay truly memorable. However, there were some encounters with young, arrogant, and inexperienced staff members that didn't meet expectations.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was perfect in Aspen, offering easy access to the gondola, shopping, and restaurants. The great atmosphere day and night made it a pleasant place to explore the town and enjoy the surroundings.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was delightful, with delicious and healthy portions of food that were just what I needed after long days of skiing. However, without elite status, the costs could add up quickly, making it quite expensive for daily use.

8.4/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were equipped with countless amenities and had a lovely setup with chocolates, water, and soft music playing. However, the price of $500 a night for a ground-level room facing a dilapidated motel on the street was quite steep.

I was impressed by the rooms, which were outfitted with countless amenities and had a cozy setup with chocolates, water, and soft music. However, the price of $500 a night for a ground level room facing a dilapidated motel seemed a bit high.
Service
9.0
The service at the hotel was top-notch. The staff gifted us water bottles to fill up at the filtered water stations, demonstrating their commitment to environmental friendliness. They flawlessly arranged 8 nights of dinner for us, showing great attention to detail.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location couldn't have been better; it was right next to the slopes yet within walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Being at the foot of Aspen Mountain and at the heart of the lively town provided easy access to various attractions and stunning views.
Dining

The dining experience was excellent overall. The meals provided were just what we needed after a day of skiing. However, without elite status, dining expenses could add up, costing between $50-100 a day.
Facilities
